​​CharMiles™ is our unique member reward program.

It’s our practical way to recognise the people doing the real-work of converting low-value biomass into a way to improve our communities and the environment enabling them to do more without investing further capital.

​

Each M-Kiln™ captures near real time data on feedstock type and production data creating reports which we analyse for quality and volumes of each load. As each batch completes we receive a copy of data uploaded into the cloud where we check for production criteria, once verified, we credit your biochar production to your Charmiles™ account.

​

Every ton of verified biochar earns 1 CharMiles™ point. Every quarter your account will be updated in your production statement, and once you reach the relevant threshold you can claim your reward.

At launch there are two options available for achieving 3,800 US tons of biochar production, the larger the kiln you own the faster you can achieve this milestone:

1. For each kiln you purchase, once you hit the rebate threshold you can request a full refund of the purchase price, once for each new purchase, or

2. You can request a new kiln of the same capacity, a ‘Free Kiln’. Every Free Kiln you receive is added to your CharMiles™ production account, so at no extra cost you can earn extra miles, rapidly compounding your miles growth, fleet size and overall production capacity. 

 

For large contractors and government departments CharMiles™ is a game changer enabling large fleets to be built at a fraction of the cost of alternative equipment.

Production thresholds and offers will be reviewed every six months and in future we hope to add additional equipment options, services, training, partner discounts and community experiences that can make your work easier and more rewarding.

Don’t worry though, the rebate threshold for your M-Kiln™ is set the day you purchase it, so you will always know your target production level to get your money back.

Free Kiln thresholds will change over time as cost of production varies with inflation and other variants but we will always provide six months’ notice of any changes in threshold levels.​
